Business Analyst (HRM Software)

Cadena is looking for a talented Business Analyst to support the development of our HRIS products. The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between our development team and customer’s business functions to analyze complex business problems and provide technical solutions that meet user requirements

Day-to-day you will:

• Requirement Gathering: Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings with both domestic and international clients to elicit business requirements.
• Client Communication: Maintain daily communication through various channels to clarify user stories and manage client expectations effectively.
• Solution Analysis: Analyze business needs, assess technical feasibility, and propose optimal solutions to satisfy project goals.
• Documentation: Translate business requirements into standardized technical documents, including BRD, SRS, and detailed User Stories.
• Project Support: Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the project lifecycle to explain requirements and resolve queries.
• Participate in peer reviews of other Business Analyst’s work product.

Your Profile:
You are an experienced Business Analyst and you likely have 2-4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or a related field.

• Self-driven, hands-on problem-solver and multi-tasker with sound analytical and decision- making skills.
• Ability to operate under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Understanding of tax and labour laws is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
