Business Analyst in Tan Binh District

• Participate in PGI Company's Digital Transformation process as a critical and long-term component.
• Gather information, make an identity request, and share it with the appropriate agencies.
• Examine and simulate procedures.
• Analyze procedures and roles to enhance quality and customer service in line with the Distribution & Retail business strategy.
• In charge of composing and finishing BRD/ISD/FSD updates and documentation pertaining to the system and the project.
• Help the management and development teams create the best possible solutions.
• Always keep a tight eye on the project and serve as a liaison with partners, application development units, and BUs.
• Master data, stream data, and data analysis
• Coordinated system evaluation and assistance
• Assume primary accountability for overseeing, coordinating, supporting, and managing the designated systems.
• Assist with test case preparation, authoring, and execution
• Directly report to the IT PM

• Fundamental state:
• University Bachelor of College
• Minimum 3 years of experience for Business Analyst
• Possess prior experience working in a corporate setting related to distribution and retail, or have deployed
• Possess expertise in DMS, OMS, WMS, TMS, customer service, or CRM
• Nice to have
• SAP B1 ERP implementation experience
• Knowledge of Group, Omni Channel, E-Commerce, and Large Enterprise
• Make use of Tools: Visio, Draw, Miro, URD
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, PowerBI, and Google Looker Studio Utilize high-pressure tools such as Visio, Draw, Miro, and Capacity to finish SRS, ERD, SQL, and Reporting/BI
