· Source new clients through the Internet, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and direct approaches.
· Attend events, conferences, and connect with potential clients as guided by the BD Manager and BD Director.
· Introduce services, arrange meetings, and negotiate with new clients.
· Collaborate internally to create tailored proposals and address client concerns.
· Lead weekly reports together with the BD Manager and BD Director.
· Deliver presentations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals.
· Translate Vietnamese-English-Vietnamese for documents and communication between the BD team, internal teams, and clients.
· Organize and analyze Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS) twice a year.
· Manage and update Zoho and support project implementation with the BD Manager.
