Business Development Manager (Cambodia Market)

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential local partners for sponsorship and long-term cooperation.
• Present partnership offers
• Negotiate terms and close deals.
• Collect and analyze key data to evaluate profitability and brand impact.
• Support new partners during onboarding.
• Maintain long-term relationships with partners, regularly communicate, resolve issues, and help improve performance.

Requirements

• AFluent Khmer and English or Khmer and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Confident PC user skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
