Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through merchant acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion of Galaxy Pay’s payment ecosystem, including Payment Gateway, POS/SoftPOS, and E-wallet services….

This role owns revenue targets, transaction growth, and leads end-to-end business development activities from market research, client acquisition, deal execution to post-integration optimization.

  • Drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth for Galaxy Pay’s payment ecosystem (Payment Gateway, POS/SoftPOS, E-wallet), owning sales targets, P&L, and transaction volume.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across e-commerce, SMEs, and enterprise clients; manage and optimize sales pipeline, conversion rate, and deal performance
  • Build and expand strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners; lead commercial discussions and negotiate win-win collaboration models
  • Own and execute the full sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → solution proposal → negotiation → contract signing → go-live, ensuring timely delivery and revenue realization
  • Lead, train, and develop the Business Development team; ensure execution aligns with company targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, and Legal teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing payment solutions

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 3–5+ years in Business Development / Sales (Fintech, Payment, Banking preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, payment gateway, POS/SoftPOS
  • Proven track record in closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, result-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
