Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Job Overview: Responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new target accounts and markets for Techno 360°, with a strategic focus on industrial coatings, wood coatings, and sustainable product lines. Introduces the company's technologies, coordinates trials, manages marketing activities (pricing, digital presence, trade shows), and hands over qualified accounts to the Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Define and budget new target accounts and regional markets; manage accounts end-to-end (technology introduction, lacquering process design, quotation preparation, industrial trials, and line commissioning); establish relationships with machine suppliers and industrial buyers; and provide monthly status updates in management reports.
Marketing: Develop strategies for product design, pricing, and advertising; manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube); prepare product literature and technical lists; and coordinate trade shows, company events, and promotional items.
Work Ethics: Demonstrate a positive attitude towards colleagues and align daily activities with the company's mission, vision, and core values

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Wood Technology, Business, or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is preferred).
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the coatings industry or a related B2B technical sales/Business Development environment.
Languages: Strong written and spoken English is mandatory. Additional regional languages such as Vietnamese or Mandarin are considered a strong advantage.
Technical & Computer Skills: Proficient with computerized systems, MS Office, and basic CRM tools.
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, independent thinking, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and solid organizational/planning skills.
Interpersonal Skills & Travel: Effective both as a team player and as an independent worker with strong interpersonal skills; fully willing to travel regionally
