Responsibilities:
Find Opportunities and close deals: Seek out and seize opportunities with startups, SMEs, and enterprises from Western countries, seeking software engineers or eyeing expansion into Southeast Asia.
Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with C-level executives, managers, and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and business goals.
Strategic Selling: Craft compelling value propositions using our unique selling points.
Facilitate Collaborations: Act as a catalyst for successful collaborations between Western clients and Vietnamese IT service providers.
Ownership of KPIs: Take full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate a commitment to exceeding targets.
Direct report to foreign CEO

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
Strong understanding of B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing or software services
High level of ownership and responsibility
