Business Development Senior Executive_Digital Marekting Division

WE NEED YOU:
Searches new potential clients to meet target revenue, identifies business opportunities
Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and concerns and offering digital marketing solutions
Work closely with the planning and operation team and media to produce optimal solutions to client’s needs during the pitching stage and project operation
Apply knowledge of the Vietnamese media landscape and the role of digital/media channels to deliver compelling solutions.
Present proposals, media plans and reports to clients and getting their approval.
Assist in managing aspects of the client outreach process, from initial contact to contract negotiation.
Monitoring of the project progress to ensure project efficiency and good outcomes.
Do weekly/monthly report- Keep track of all related business operation processes to ensure the business quality and problem-solving.
Develop and grow the partnership long term and ensure all opportunities are maximized.
Undertake administrative work and keeping records of clients
Responsible for sales target

WORK LOCATION:
3 Floor, 123 Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC

WORKING TIME:
Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday – Friday & Bi – weekly Sat

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 
At least 3-5 years of work experience in business development marketing or marketing, preferably in a agency. Media agency background is preferred. Worked for GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good English skills, Japanese is a plus
Understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in the Vietnam landscape.
Hands-on experience of advertising technology platforms (ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads 
Manager, Google Shopping Ads, TiktokShop ads …) is a strong plus.
Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and data.
Have a detailed understanding of marketing solutions and good skill presentation.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work multitasking under high pressure.
