Mô tả Công việc

Business Development Specialist responsibilities include prospecting new clients, Pipeline growth and Market expansion. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams & external strategic clients to improve the entire performance of the project.

  • Client Acquisition: Proactive & hunger to identify and engage new clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consultative Approach: Analyze client pain points and provide tailored solutions using UrBox offerings. Strategic and future-focused, always thinking about “what’s next" during the progress of working.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Insight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance project performance.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to maximize profitability. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, forecast sales results, and communicate progress to stakeholders daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • At least 02 years of B2B sales experience 
  • Ability to provide new and distinct insights to clients.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the client's personality, as well as the customer's key motivations.
  • Proficiency in identifying and articulating distinct business metrics relevant to their industry.
  • Experience in managing relationships within companies that have complex departmental hierarchies.
  • Expertise in designing solutions, presentations, and proposals
  • Willingness and enjoyment in debating.
  • Proactive in challenging customers and prepared for peer-to-peer negotiations aimed at achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Strong consultation skills for providing advice.
