Business Development Specialist

​Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam. We are looking for Business Development Executive as below:

• Execute the strategic plan on merchant development, including acquisition, growth and retention for the largest and strategic brands in the market

• Drive business development with merchants to secure them onboard our loyalty platform

• Identify opportunities, manage and develop proposals/merchant pitches and negotiate new business agreements (e.g. contract clauses, pricing, etc.) as well as enhance existing relationships

• Cooperate with the marketing team to design merchant-facing initiatives. Conduct rigorous experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of these initiatives that will inform long term strategy, leveraging both qualitative and qualitative data and merchant insights

• Experience in Participating in marketing/community events and activations
• Ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or Canva/Google slide)
• Ability to speak and present in public
• Independent work
• Good communication//coordination skill, team work spirit
• Hard working, able to work on flexible time
• Good health condition to support event execution
