Handle PO processing for spare parts, monitor stock, and control the 1% FOC expense to avoid profit impact.
Support after-sales service: receive customer feedback, track service issues, escalate special cases, and maintain technical documents.
Maintain relationships with overseas customers, introduce new washer models, and coordinate with R&D for new model development and sample testing.
Manage the Order-to-Cash process, coordinate with internal teams and Logistics to ensure smooth and on-time shipment.
Prepare required payment documents for forwarders to secure the release of shipping documents.
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written); Chinese is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Business, Import–Export, or related fields.
Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with good document and process management.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
