Mô tả Công việc

1. Expanding Enterprise Clients (60%)

  • Acquire new enterprise clients within industrial parks in Binh Duong province, focusing on truck transportation services.
  • Build relationships with new clients by planning outreach, visiting companies, and introducing & consulting on the company’s truck transportation services.

2. Market Research & Reporting (20%)

  • Conduct market research on truck transportation trends and demand, analyze data, support product direction, and perform market surveys.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly work plans and reports to ensure sales targets are achieved; monitor competitors (e.g., Lalamove, GHTK).

3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Business Improvement (20%)

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve the truck customer journey.
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries and service requests related to truck services.
  • Follow company policies and regulations in daily work.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG, retail, e-wallets, payment gateways, traditional logistics/transportation companies, or on-demand delivery.
  • Experience in logistics or truck transportation sales is a strong advantage. 
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in industrial parks is preferred.
  • Strong ability to quickly understand and adapt to the needs of different enterprise customer segments. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Personal transportation (motorbike or car) is required.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
  • Confident, dynamic, persistent, and able to work under high pressure. Willing to travel frequently between Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City (hybrid working model).
