Purpose of this position:
The Business Development Supervisor of Outsourcing Hub is a crucial role for driving Talentnet’s Outsourcing Services revenue growth and profitability, by identifying and hunting new corporate clients, and boosting sales from existing/ sleeping clients, enhancing cross-sales, and fostering long-term sustainable relationships is essential for this success of this role too.
This role involves understanding market overview and client needs, collaborating with related stakeholders to adapt solutions to fit market-specific demands and to maintain a competitive market edge
Job Accountabilities:
1. Financial Achievement
- Drive team to meet team revenue target with optimal allocation of resources
- Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed
2. Business Development:
Market Research & Expansion:
- Conduct market and competitors research to identify and pursue potential new corporate clients
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling stories and utilize digital marketing, social media, and other channels to enhance brand visibility and generate leads through communication initiatives
Direct Hunting:
- Hunt for new clients through various channels including direct sales, partnerships, and networking with key decision-makers, and industry leaders
- Implement and execute BD strategies to build a robust sales pipeline, transferring from new leads to closed deals to achieve targets
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress
Cross sell:
- Drive cross sell activities together with other BD teams to generate additional revenue for Outsourcing Hub
Upsell & Farming
- Actively upsell our current BUs clients via new service offerings and product solutions
3. Process & New Product Development
- Consult related BUs on market trends with a view to developing/ tailoring services and products
- Streamline working processes for BD Team
- Lead to find innovative ways of working, processes and tools to improve productivity
4. Team Management and Development
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped to acquire more clients, retain existing clients
- Build up a high-performing team
- Set clear expectations, monitor performance metrics, and implement development plans to drive results
