Business Development Support Executive (Contract)

Our partner is the largest online bus ticketing platform in Asia, with an extensive network of bus operators and a large base of satisfied customers, processing up to 250,000 transactions daily across mobile and desktop channels. We are seeking a Business Development Support Executive (Contract 6 months) to support business expansion.

Job Type: Contract (6-12 months) 

Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh 

Job Purpose: Deliver a high-quality bus travel experience by ensuring that all customer escalations from the central support team are resolved in collaboration with the local field team and bus operators. The role will also provide Management Information System (MIS) support to the Country Head and Business Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory and ticket pricing accuracy across platforms.
• Set up and manage the GDS (Global Distribution System) for bus operators.
• Work with internal teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Assist bus operators with technical questions and support requests.
• Handle product-related claims from bus operators.
• Use tools such as log analysis to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Provide feedback to improve internal products and processes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support or business development support is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and good problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Good English communication
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for software and hardware.
• Willingness to work from the office and travel as required by business needs.
