Oversee drafted proposals/media plans, conduct presentations to key clients, and update them on market trends, branding activities, and regulations.
Lead quarterly media reviews and present insights to clients.
2. Business Development:
Identify opportunities for revenue growth, lead new business pitches, and support the development of new services and products.
Develop strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue.
3. Client Services:
Maintain strong client relationships, act as the senior contact for issue resolution, and provide media training as needed.
Network and build relationships with key client personnel, creative partners, and media owners.
4. People Management:
Manage a team by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
Inspire and develop team members, provide performance feedback, and support recruitment when necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
Over 10 years of experience in media and accounts management, including buying and planning for both traditional and digital media.
Deep understanding of the media and communications industry.
Excellent presentation, selling, negotiation, and management skills.
