Handle SKUs, data checks, compliance, and reportin: Create new SKUs/ Monitor and update product information as needed.
Verify and reconcile data to ensure accurate calculation of performance-based pay according to company policy.
Prepare performance reports based on channel-specific policies.
Cross-check debt recovery data against actual sales records.
Ensure trade discounts/payments comply with sales policies.
Consolidate, track, and analyze relevant reports.
Sales Performance Reporting: Compile sales data, analyze performance, and report on product sales metrics (volume, coverage, etc.) to the Marketing team.
Promotion Program Registration/Notification: Register promotions with the relevant authorities (SCT) per partner requirements, ensuring legal compliance before program launch. Notify Internal/ External of promotional programs.
System Configuration for Pricing, Promotions & Loyalty Contracts: Accurately input partner pricing, promotions, and loyalty contracts into the system as required.
Data Provision for Stakeholders: Gather, analyze, and deliver data to BOD, Management, Departments, Partners, and Regulatory Agencies—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role or in Sales Operation/ Sales Admin but you are a true data geek—always asking ‘why’ and digging deeper into the numbers.
Skills: Team collaboration and organizational skills. Data analysis proficiency. Advanced Excel skills.
