Job Purpose
To support the company’s business performance by coordinating business planning, analyzing key data, monitoring operational progress, and providing timely insights and reports to support management decision-making and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oder Management Team
1.1. Order team
· Support seasonal and monthly business planning by consolidating forecast, sales plan, order, capacity, and operational data.
· Prepare planning materials, assumptions, business targets, and execution schedules for management review.
· Align business plans, customer requirements, and operational timelines with related departments.
· Communicate with customer and get final confirmation for delivery date.
· Sharing order information to related departments.
· Check unit price, surcharge…
· Upload new order into internal system.
· Analyze business performance, plan-versus-actual results, KPI trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
· Track business issues, pending tasks, action plans, owners, and deadlines until closure.
· Monitor progress, escalate risks or delays, and provide timely status updates to management.
1.2. Packing team
· Make packing plan base on customer’s request
· Order labels and packing materials
· Give packing instruction to production.
· Keep tracking issues, inform to related departments and find solution.
· Settle payment to supplier for label & packing materials cost.
2. Shipping team
· Make shipping plan monthly orders base on Customer request date or any specific POs customer requirement.
· Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and brand partners to clarify requirements, priorities, and timelines.
· Act as a communication bridge among Development, Production, Planning, Costing, Material, Quality, and other related teams.
· Make booking with forwarders and arrange shipment; contact service company to arrange trucks/ containers for stuffing cargoes;
· Prepare shipping docs to declare with custom to ship the cargoes out
· Get Bill of Lading from forwarder and submit shipping documents to customers
· Prepared negotiation plans and documentation to secure payments from customers
· Settle payment to forwarder & service company for shipping cost
3. Finished goods Warehouse team
· Control in/out stock by customer’s system & company’s system.
· Manage warehouse capacity, people, policy.
· Coordinate with shipping team, production, planning to arrange shipment every day.

Qualifications
1. Experience
· Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Business department, Experience in business planning, sales plan, forecast, order tracking, or production planning support.
· Experience in shipment coordination, delivery tracking, shipping schedule control, or export/import operation.
2. Skills
· Language Proficiency: Advanced or fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
· Communication & Leadership: Strong communication, and leadership skills across diverse cultures and cross-functional teams.
· Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, ERP, SAP.
· Team Management: Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop team members effectively.
· Problem-Solving & Innovation: Strong ability to resolve complex issues and introduce innovative perspectives in product development.
3. Knowledge
College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, economy, Import-export, logistics, …. Certificate of English.
