Business Operation Lead

Ly Gia Vien is building more than a distribution business. We are building a professional culinary platform for chefs, bakers, baristas, bartenders, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and foodservice operators in Vietnam through premium ingredients, equipment, education, and applied commercial systems. As we grow, complexity grows with us. More teams. More projects. More cross-functional coordination. More need for structure.

We are looking for a Business Operations Lead who can help turn movement into execution, and execution into operating discipline.

1. Drive follow-up across key company priorities and cross-functional projects
2. Maintain visibility of owners, timelines, status, and blockers
3. Coordinate across sales, purchasing, warehouse, finance, marketing, product specialists, and leadership
4. Run weekly execution review and action tracking rhythm
5. Escalate delays, risks, and broken dependencies early
6. Improve recurring workflows through SOPs, checklists, templates, and process fixes
7. Help leadership move from discussion to decision to action
8. Build more discipline, clarity, and accountability into daily operations

What we are looking for

• 3- 8 years in operations, project coordination, business operations, or similar
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional execution
• Strong ownership and follow-through
• Experience using trackers, spreadsheets, and structured reporting
• Ability to organize ambiguous situations into clear actions
• Good communication across teams and levels
• Comfortable in a growing company where processes are still being built

Strong advantage if you have

• Experience in distribution, FMCG, foodservice, hospitality support, import/trading, or startup operations
• Exposure to ERP / CRM / operational systems
• Experience supporting leadership on execution rhythm and cross-team coordination
