Business Operation Supervisor (Cobi Bread)

Business & Operations Management:

· Supervise daily business operations across assigned stores/units.

· Monitor operational performance, sales, costs, and productivity.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Sales Performance & Business Growth:

· Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

· Propose and implement action plans to boost revenue and efficiency.

· Coordinate with Marketing for promotions and campaigns execution.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

· Optimize business processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.

· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and business regulations.

· Conduct regular audits on store operations and service quality.

Reporting & Management:

· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly operation and business reports.

· Provide business insights, forecasts, and recommendations to Management.

· Handle customer complaints and risk incidents professionally.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.

·       CAN USE COMMUNICATE IN KOREAN OR CHINESE

·       Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business operations, retail, F&B, or chain-store management.

·       Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations.

·       Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting systems).
