Business Support Manager

Responsibilities

Financial (60%)

• Prepare and manage fee proposals
• Prepare monthly invoices to clients
• Oversee and manage financial platform Xero
  • Does not have to be a bookkeeper, we have a bookkeeper already

Administrative (30%)

• Set up new jobs and projects (ensuring proper documentation and organisation)
  • On our cloud server and our project management platform
  • Training will be provided
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate business records
• Manage documents and templates
• Provide general business and personal administrative support to the directors

Marketing (10%)

• Oversee and manage marketing
  • Website and social media
• Dont need to do this themselves, we can contract it to 3rd party company, but they must manage it

Requirements

• Fluent and excellent communication in English (speaking and writing) is essential
• Experienced in similar role (5+ years experience) is essential
• The ability to work independently and take initiative is essential
• Confidentiality of information is essential
• Experience with financial platform Xero is strongly preferred
• Experience working for Australian or similar western company is preferred
• Creative experience for marketing is preferred but not essential

Other information

• The position will be in Ho Chi Minh City (in the office)
• The position is a senior position. The candidate should be capable to manage more administrative/financial staff if the team expands
