A. Payroll & Benefits Administration (40%)
- Take responsibility for auditing and ensuring the accuracy of monthly payroll for all employees, including base salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions.
- Directly handle complex tasks related to Statutory Insurance (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance) and Personal Income Tax (tax finalization, tax code registration, and dependent registration).
- Manage and oversee the implementation of benefit programs: Premium Private Health Insurance, annual health check-ups, and other welfare packages.
B. C&B Policy & System Development (40%)
- Lead market research and salary benchmarking activities to update and optimize the company’s compensation and benefits structure within the manufacturing and export industry.
- Advise management on the design and operation of performance appraisal systems and KPI frameworks linked to business bonuses and the 13th-month salary.
- Develop, update, and finalize HR regulations, policies, and internal labor rules to ensure 100% compliance with Vietnam Labor Law and relevant legal requirements.
C. Labor Relations & Compliance (20%)
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during labor inspections and when working with government authorities.
- Consult on and resolve complex labor relations issues, including labor disputes, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievances.
