Mô tả Công việc

Social Insurance and Union Fee

  • Reporting increases/decreases, consolidating records, finalizing records,.. when there are occurrences. Prepare a list to implement the requested social insurance policies by the social insurance agency. Process social insurance benefit payments for employees when there are occurrences. Prepare payment files and reconcile monthly social insurance contributions with the social insurance agency within the prescribed time frame.
  • Branches: Check and submit monthly social insurance payment statements for respective units.
  • Monitor and make payments for trade union fees to the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Federation. Propose welfare policies for employees in accordance with the company's trade union policies.

Human resources file management

  • Inputting complete personnel information on Excel/HR software for storage and generating reports as needed.
  • Store a hard copy of the personnel file within the scope of the assigned task, in the correct order.
  • Provide reports as requested by the line manager.

Salary

  • Monitor attendance, prepare payroll sheets, submit signed payroll sheets, payment records, and collaborate with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure timely salary payment for employees according to regulations. Send monthly salary notifications to employees via email.
  • Branches: Verify payroll sheets, submit signed payroll sheets, and payment records for branches.

Personal income tax

  • Monitor personal income tax (PIT) deductions from salary and non-salary sources when applicable, prepare regular monthly/quarterly PIT declarations, and comply with the annual PIT settlement requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports on the usage of documents for personal income tax deductions.
  • Units in the system: Verify and sign declaration files, make payments according to regulations.

Labor Contract and Personnel Decision

  • Establish employment contracts for cases of probationary period expiration. Monitor cases of employment contracts reaching their expiration and send evaluations 30 days prior to contract expiration; urge department managers/leaders to complete evaluations on time to ensure timely renewal of employment contracts.
  • Make decisions on rewards and disciplinary actions within the Company when they arise.
  • Make decisions on transfers, appointments, promotions, separations, job rotations, salary adjustments,... in accordance with the prescribed timeline.
  • Prepare proposals, briefing papers, official correspondence, etc. related to the human resources field.

Implement and advise labor procedures

  • Resolving issues related to policy, benefits, wages, bonuses; providing guidance on relevant labor procedures for employees within the assigned scope.
  • Registering labor records such as salary scales, Labor Regulations, Collective Labor Agreements, etc. with the relevant government authorities.
  • Labor reports, salaries, occupational accidents, occupational health and safety, and other periodic reports as required by the State.

Others

  • Implement relevant policies and regulations for employees promptly in case of changes in job titles, appointments, transfers, and promotions…
  • Implement bonuses, allowances, holiday bonuses, and other benefits (if applicable).
  • Execute, monitor, and make payments for contracts with collaborators and remuneration for the Board of Directors' activities arising within the Company (if applicable).
  • Implement and monitor annual health contracts for employees, track the increase/decrease of monthly employee health insurance.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Finance or the other related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in performing tasks at similar positions in companies with scale over 100 personnel.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and relationship skills
  • Good time management skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PivotTable
  • Growth mindset and learning agility
  • Careful, meticulous, detail focusing ability
  • Numerical acumen ability
