Payroll Management: Execute monthly timekeeping, payroll calculations, bonuses, and allowances accurately and on schedule.
Social Insurance & Tax: Handle social insurance procedures (registrations, adjustments, claims) and manage Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and finalizations.
Contract & Record Management: Track Labor Contracts (new hires, renewals, terminations) and maintain organized digital and physical employee files.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, company policies, and the 2019 Labor Code.
Reporting: Prepare periodic HR reports (labor turnover, workforce status, and compliance reports) for the Board of Management and local authorities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar C&B role.
Expertise: Deep understanding of the 2019 Labor Code, Social Insurance laws, and current PIT regulations in Vietnam.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data management).
High attention to detail, integrity, and strict adherence to confidentiality.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
