1. C&B Administration & Reporting
- Monitor and consolidate attendance, leave, and overtime data to support payroll preparation and C&B administration.
- Coordinate with departments to review attendance records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain periodic HR reports, including headcount, attrition rate, overtime reports, and people metrics.
- Maintain and update employee information related to benefits, labor contracts, and personnel records.
- Support employee welfare and benefits programs in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and documentation.
2. Social Insurance (SI) & Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Handle Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) procedures, including employee increase/decrease declarations, information updates, sickness and maternity claims, and other related processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Social Insurance regulations, and company policies.
- Support Personal Income Tax (PIT) administration, including tax code registration, dependent registration, and annual PIT finalization.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to insurance and tax matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance and tax records.
3. Labor Contract & HR Administration
- Prepare labor contracts, contract appendices, and other HR-related documents.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Update employee information and maintain HR database systems.
- Ensure employee records are properly maintained and archived.
- Support other HR administrative activities as assigned.
