    Job Description:

    • Calculating employee and contractor salaries
    • Tracking increases/decreases in social insurance (BHXH)
    • Implementing employee benefits and policies
    • Tracking and preparing employment contracts and amendments
    • Personal income tax (TNCN) finalization
    • Monitoring staff changes and movements

    Requirements:

    Education level , certification:

    • Age: 28 - 35 years old
    • College or University degree: Priority formajor related to Human Resources Management

    Experience:

    • At least 04 years working with the familiar responsibility
    • Deep knowledge about Labor code, Insurance, PIT and other law andregulation relating to HR Field: C&B
    • Good Skill relating to calculatingPayroll, PIT, Insurance….
    • Individual Characteristics:
    • Communication with calm,effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
    • High sense of responsibility inconfidential matter
    • Be able to work under high pressure
    • Languages, computers, etc...
    • Good written and verbalcommunication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
    • Good at computer skills (Word,Excel, Power point...)
