CAD/CAM Engineer

- Can use CAM software (like Mastercam) to prepare safe and efficient CAM program for CNC machine.

- Electrode design 2D/ 3D (graphite and copper)

- Verify CNC programs are in accordance with required drawings, specifications.

- Provide information as required to measure the CNC process (programming hours, part cycle time, etc.).

- Assist in process improvement to reduce fabrication cost and enhance the quality of parts being produced.

- Provide qualified production process for toolshop according to drawing requirements.

- Responsible for continuously optimizing the processing technology to improve efficiency and participate in the analysis and improvement of quality problems occurred in production.

- Prepare parts list and drawings for production orders and provide ECN processing suggestions.

- Design jig and fixtures for production when needed.

-        Educational background in Mechanical / Mold design or related majors.

-        2-3 years of relevant work experience.

-        Familiar with AutoCAD or BricsCAD drawing software.

-        Simple to use Creo/ Inventor/ SolidWorks 3D software

-        Have a preliminary understanding of materials, machining technology, machining tools.

-        ERP (SAP) experience is preferred.

-        Good command of English.
