Calibration Officer

• Make and control equipment list: Create and manage the list of measuring instruments that need calibration. Ensure clear, non-overlapping ID codes and update immediately upon equipment disposal, replacement, or addition.
• Support calibration planning: Assist superior in making monthly and annual calibration plans. Proactively make suggestions for improvement to avoid impact on production.
• Perform periodic inspection & calibration: Based on the plan, send instrument collection requests to relevant departments. Carry out inspection and calibration on schedule, and handle ad-hoc calibration requests when needed.
• Repair and replace instruments: Repair damaged measurement instruments under the calibration group's responsibility. After repair, re-calibrate before use. Register new codes and update the list and plan for replaced or new equipment.
• Control and maintain standard instruments: Regularly clean and perform periodic maintenance on standard equipment. Handle carefully following SOP, store separately in designated containers, and keep the storage area neat and clean.
• Update and store calibration records: Keep records clear, logical, easy to understand and retrieve. Update fully and accurately whenever there is any change in measurement instruments.
• Cooperate with other departments: Collaborate, discuss, and support relevant departments to handle, analyze, and improve issues related to measurement devices. Contribute improvement ideas and incident analysis.

• Education: College or University degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields)
• Language: Intermediate English.
• Experience: 1 – 2 years in manufacturing environment
