CAPEX Procurement Supervisor (Phước Tân, Đồng Nai)

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead the sourcing process. Collaborate with the Engineering and Production teams to translate technical requirements into comprehensive Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Vendor Management & Compliance: Conduct rigorous Due Diligence and "Red Flag" screening on vendors (financial stability, international certifications like CE/ISO, and past performance).
• Total Cost of Ownership Analysis: Evaluate bids not just on the purchase price, but on the full lifecycle cost, including installation, energy consumption, maintenance, and spare parts availability.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on complex commercial terms, including:
  • Payment milestones.
  • Performance Guarantees and Liquidated Damages.
  • Warranty terms and After-sales support Service Level Agreements.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the Logistics team to manage the importation of heavy machinery, and ensuring the safe delivery of oversized cargo to the factory site.

Key Performance Indicators 

• Cost Savings: Variance between the initial budget/quote and the final negotiated price.
• On-Time Delivery: Compliance with the project timeline to ensure zero delays in factory commissioning.
• Compliance Rate: 100% adherence to internal procurement policies and external food safety/machinery standards (FDA/EU compliance for equipment).

• Experience: Experience in CAPEX Procurement, preferably within the Food Ingredient, Agri-Business, or FMCG sectors.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read technical drawings and understand engineering specifications for food processing lines (e.g., stainless steel grades, automation levels).
• Legal Knowledge: Proficiency in international commercial law, Incoterms 2020, and construction/installation contracts.
• Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) for negotiating with global technology providers.
• Integrity: Uncompromising ethical standards in handling high-value tenders.
