The Deck Saigon is looking for a reliable and efficient Cashier to join our dynamic team. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Process guest payments (cash, credit card, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the accuracy of all bills, including Happy Hour discounts and other promotions.
• Provide correct change to customers promptly (within 3 minutes).
• Collaborate with waiters to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor open tables and confirm payment before guests depart.
• Address guest payment inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Record customer complaints in the designated book.
• Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation with a supervisor.
• Prepare cash floats for the next shift.
• Report any damaged goods or equipment.
