- Manage timely entry and maintenance of purchase
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders
- Ensure availability and order of stocks proportionate to merchandise movements.
2/ Negotiate good trading terms and exclusivity (product launch, promotion, media investment) to grow the whole category
2.1/ Pricing and Sales Management
- Negotiate prices with wholesale buyers.
- Manage product pricing to balance sales and margin
2.2/ Vendor Management
- Meet suppliers and negotiate terms of the contract Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products.
- Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
