Execute end to end category sourcing management (NPI, mass production and product EOL management).
Execute category sourcing strategy. Develop prefer suppliers, strengthen business relationship with key suppliers and business partners.
Drive supplier negotiation and competitiveness of cost, delivery, quality, supply flexibility.
Work with cross functional team and stakeholders to improve supplier performance.
Execute business review with key suppliers.
Support supplier escalation of delivery, price, and other business issues.
Conduct cost & supply performance analysis.
Drive KPI improvement in cost saving, MOQ, leadtime, payment term, incoterm, flexibility program.
Support NPI purchase, BOM cost review and analysis.
Conduct supply risk assessment, market intelligence and technology update.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Category and Sourcing roles in electronics manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical.
Good communication skills such as organized and structured presentation.
Good Mandarin and English.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
Degree or Diploma Holder in Business / Engineering / Supply Chain or related discipline
Candidates with strong experience and knowledge will be considered as Senior Engineer.
