Accounting

• Payroll calculation monthly.
• Play key role in monthly payment to suppliers and sub-constructors, conduct bank transactions, bank reconciliation and posting journal entries in a timely manner.
• Reconcile and track general ledger accounts and resolve any resulting discrepancies.

Tax

• Support for tax declaration, tax finalization, VAT refund, tax audit and update tax regulation, provide guideline and recommendation for tax saving, avoid tax risk.
• Correspond with external auditor, tax officers and other agencies upon request.

• Bachelor degree in accounting major (prefer Academy of Finance and National Economic University).
• More than 2 years of related experience in accounting and tax in international companies (prefer working in Japanese companies or consulting firms).
• English: Intermediate level (to communicate with authorities)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
