CEO Assistant of Communications & Marketing

• Develop a comprehensive wellness system strategy for the Citta Wellness project under the CEO’s guidance.
• Identify, negotiate with, and collaborate with international wellness experts, service providers for therapies, yoga, detox, and health care.
• Research and propose premium wellness service models that cater to the needs of high-end clientele.
• Supervise the implementation and operation of wellness services, ensuring five-star quality standards.
• Advise the CEO on wellness strategies, propose long-term operational and development plans.

• Nghiên cứu và lập chiến lược truyền thông cho dự án Citta Wellness Hòa Bình.
• Phát triển kế hoạch marketing tổng thể, định vị thương hiệu trên thị trường cao cấp.
• Tìm kiếm, làm việc và quản lý các đối tác truyền thông, PR, agency để triển khai chiến lược quảng bá thương hiệu.
• Tư vấn và đề xuất phương án marketing, xây dựng chiến dịch quảng bá trên các kênh truyền thông trong nước và quốc tế.
• Giám sát việc thực hiện các chiến dịch truyền thông, đánh giá hiệu quả và tối ưu hóa chiến lược.
• Tổ chức các sự kiện lớn, hội nghị chuyên đề, PR thương hiệu, đảm bảo dự án tiếp cận đúng đối tượng khách hàng mục tiêu.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the wellness, spa, healthcare, or related industry.
• Previous experience in senior positions such as Wellness Operations Manager or Deputy Director at high-end resorts, major spa chains, or healthcare groups.
• Deep understanding of international wellness models, health care technologies, and therapy trends.
• Strong ability to work with international experts and manage luxury wellness services

• Tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Marketing, Truyền thông, Thương hiệu.
• Từng giữ vị trí Trưởng phòng Marketing, Giám đốc thương hiệu hoặc tương đương tại các tập đoàn lớn, chuỗi khách sạn, khu nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp.
• Kinh nghiệm xây dựng chiến lược marketing, quản lý truyền thông đa kênh, tổ chức sự kiện quy mô lớn.
• Khả năng làm việc với đối tác PR, agency trong nước và quốc tế.

Thời gian làm việc:

• Thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu
• Sáng từ 8:00 - 12:00, chiều 13:00 - 17:00;
• Thứ Bảy: Sáng từ 8:00 - 12:00.
