CEO Senior Assistant Resort Operations Manager

• Develop a comprehensive wellness system strategy for the Citta Wellness project under the CEO’s guidance.
• Identify, negotiate with, and collaborate with international wellness experts, service providers for therapies, yoga, detox, and health care.
• Research and propose premium wellness service models that cater to the needs of high-end clientele.
• Supervise the implementation and operation of wellness services, ensuring five-star quality standards.
• Advise the CEO on wellness strategies, propose long-term operational and development plans.

• Xây dựng chiến lược vận hành resort cao cấp, phù hợp với định hướng của Citta Wellness.
• Tìm kiếm và làm việc với các đối tác vận hành khách sạn hàng đầu, đề xuất phương án hợp tác chiến lược.
• Lập kế hoạch vận hành tổng thể, bao gồm hệ thống dịch vụ, quy trình tiêu chuẩn và nhân sự.
• Quản lý chất lượng dịch vụ, giám sát vận hành các bộ phận chính (lễ tân, buồng phòng, F&B, dịch vụ khách hàng, bảo trì kỹ thuật).
• Tư vấn cho Giám đốc dự án về mô hình quản lý resort, đề xuất chiến lược nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the wellness, spa, healthcare, or related industry.
• Previous experience in senior positions such as Wellness Operations Manager or Deputy Director at high-end resorts, major spa chains, or healthcare groups.
• Deep understanding of international wellness models, health care technologies, and therapy trends.
• Strong ability to work with international experts and manage luxury wellness services.

• Tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản lý vận hành khách sạn, resort cao cấp.
• Đã từng giữ chức vụ Trưởng phòng/Phó Giám đốc vận hành khách sạn hoặc tương đương tại chuỗi resort, khách sạn 5 sao.
• Hiểu biết về tiêu chuẩn vận hành khách sạn quốc tế, quy trình quản lý vận hành cao cấp.
• Khả năng quản lý đội ngũ, làm việc với đối tác vận hành và tối ưu chi phí.

Thời gian làm việc:

• Thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu
• Sáng từ 8:00 - 12:00, chiều 13:00 - 17:00;
• Thứ Bảy: Sáng từ 8:00 - 12:00.
