Our client - an stainless steel major in boat, marin - is seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead their company towards successful growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-level strategies and plans.
• Expand and develop the company's business
• Make major corporate decisions in collaboration with the board of directors.
• Manage the company’s resources efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community.
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Ensure all company activities align with its mission and vision.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.

The position is opening for both local and expat

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within a similar industry.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Strong of business development. Experience in manufacturing and exporting
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
• Master’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
