Channel Performance & Optimization

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding dealer/channel networks.
• Identify and activate new dealer/business opportunities to increase market share.
• Monitor and analyze dealer/TCW/channel sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
• Ensure the channel’s profitability
• Responsible for Customer Retentions and Customer Acquisitions of all types
• Define and optimize trade pricing, margins, and promotion structures in collaboration with finance and sales teams.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct geographical market analysis to identify gaps and optimize coverage.
• Analyze competitor strategies, including pricing, distribution models, and promotions.
• Provide market insights to optimize channel development strategy.
• Track customer feedback and implement improvements in channel experience.

Channel Communication & Relationship Management

• Ensure effective communication between marketing, sales, and channel partners.
• Develop training programs and product presentations for dealers and painters.
• Align trade marketing initiatives with channel distribution strategies.

Digital Transformation & Distributor Management

• Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the Painter Apps to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Implement and optimize digital solutions for order processing, inventory tracking, and distributor performance monitoring.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in channel development, sales, or trade marketing.

• Preference is given to candidates with experience in the paint industry, construction materials (VLXD), or FMCG, with expertise in channel management, market development, and working with dealer networks.

• - Channel management & market development skills.
  - Negotiation & communication skills with dealers and distributors.
  - Data analysis skills and knowledge of DMS.
  - Strategic planning & business development skills.
  - Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
  - Strong communication and teamwork skills with the sales and marketing teams.
