Chief Accountant - Kế toán Trưởng ngành F&B

• Quản lý và vận hành toàn bộ hoạt động kế toán của công ty.

Manage and oversee all accounting operations for the company.

• Xây dựng và chuẩn hóa quy trình kế toán – tài chính nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành.

Develop and standardize accounting and financial procedures to improve operational efficiency.

• Kiểm soát sổ sách kế toán, báo cáo tài chính và báo cáo thuế theo đúng quy định.

Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records, financial statements, and tax reports.

• Phân tích số liệu tài chính và cung cấp báo cáo quản trị cho Ban lãnh đạo.

Analyze financial data and provide management reports to support leadership decisions.

• Kiểm soát chi phí, doanh thu và hiệu quả hoạt động của các chi nhánh.

Monitor costs, revenues, and operational performance across restaurant outlets.

• Quản lý và phát triển đội ngũ kế toán.

Lead and develop the accounting team.

• Làm việc với cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán và các cơ quan chức năng liên quan.

Liaise with tax authorities, auditors,and regulatory bodies when required.

• Tham gia xây dựng hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ và các dự án tái cấu trúc.

Participate in internal control development and restructuring projects.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

• Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành F&B /Hospitality

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry.

• Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và vận hành quy trình kế toán – tài chính.

Experience in developing and implementing accounting and financial processes.

• Hiểu biết tốt về chuẩn mực kế toán và quy định thuế tại Việt Nam.

Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Có kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm và phối hợp đa phòng ban.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Kinh nghiệm tái cấu trúc tài chính hoặc doanh nghiệp là một lợi thế.

Experience in financial or organizational restructuring is an advantage.
