Manage and control the day-to-day activities in Finance & Accounting Department. Establish, monitor and implement with team ensure daily job run smoothly.
Planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the accounting department including controls and reports, budgets and forecasts (Cost center), payments and investment.
Review the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declarations and tax issue resolutions such as VAT, FCT, CIT, etc. as required to ensure accuracy.
Review monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and cost analysis report to ensure accuracy.
Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government authorities related to finance and accounting matters.
Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve the company’s goals.
Other special tasks assigned by CFO and Top of Management.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Economics.
Chief Accountant Certificate.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and preferred knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
At least 3 years’ experience in the same position and work in FDI companies is preferable.
Strong knowledge in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems, manufacturing processes and procedures.
Strong leadership, good communication, and integrity.
Good command of English communication.\Strong computer skills, experience working with SAP system is required.
Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, strong growth mindset, proactive and results-driven mindset, able to work under high pressure, high workload.
