Chief Accountant

1. Check inventory/AP/AR/FA/Trial Balance data in ERP system (JDE)

2. Knowledge of making standard cost and actual price system. Monitoring the actual vs standard cost analysis, investigating and reporting the reasons for variances

3. Support/training subordinate on job by SOP.

4. Ensuring all revenue/ sales/ material CD/ inventory transaction are properly recognized in timely and explainable

5. Check monthly forecast financial reports (PL, CF, BS, Trial Balance)

6. Maintain the general ledger that corresponds with VN regulation (VN GAAP/VAS)

7. Making quarterly, yearly CIT declaration and response to FS audit, Tax health CIT/PIT/FCT and TP audit.

8. Prepare Budget, Prospect BS PL CF report

9. Supporting Accounting project of related parties (OC, OHQ, OMCP)

10. Update and training new circular, rules of Government to related department inside company.

11. Set up procedure/SOP for Accounting Department.

12. Report to Department of Statistics of Binh Duong government

13. Response to internal audit (JSOX) and related paties audit (OMCP, Omron Corporation)

14. Analysis risk and report to top management

- Certificate of Chef Accountant (compulsory)

- Education & Knowledge: University of Accounting major and knowledge of CMA

- Foreign language: good at English (4 skills) or Japanese

- Experience: 5 year in General Accountant and at least 2 years in Chef Accountant/Finance Consulting

- Other skill: Problem solving, time management, good relationships, teamwork, presentation skill.
