Accounting Management
• Supervise the day-to-day operational activities of segment accountants.
• Control and balance cash flow.
• Review payment terms in contracts signed with partners.
• Review vouchers and entries recorded in the system by accountants to ensure completeness, correctness, adherence to Vietnam Accounting Standards.
• Manage and control accounts receivable and accounts payable, reviewing aging reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreements.
• Review the allocation of expenses and accrued expenses to ensure accuracy, correctness, and completeness.
• Develop procedures to control accounting activities.
Manage Fixed Assets & Inventory
• Manage and control inventory, fixed assets, tools, and supplies.
• Organize physical inventory counts of fixed assets on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to resolve issues.
• Develop procedures to control inventory and fixed assets.
Reports
• Follow up, support, and review financial statements managed by the General Accountant or other detailed reports as required by management to ensure timely reporting.
• Review and take responsibility for tax reports (PIT, CIT, WHT, etc.).
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as directed by the line manager.
Training and Development Support
• Stay updated on tax laws and accounting regulations and provide training for segment accountants.
• Prepare accounting manuals and reporting templates for management purposes.

Job Requirements
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in consolidation accounting under VAS.
• Experience in managing a team of at least 5 staff members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and strong computer skills.
• A strong desire for excellence and continuous improvement, with a willingness to research, learn, and share new working methods.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, honesty, diligence, and accountability.
• Analytical thinking, seniority, self-motivation, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Experience in e-commerce and the digital media industry is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Chief Accountant position, with experience in E-Commerce being an advantage.
