Chuyên viên Chất lượng (sub contract) - QA/QC (May mặc)

•Ensure the review of Do-Ability/Size Set samples and verify that they meet customer-accepted quality levels during the Size Set review meeting

•Oversee daily plant quality performance in coordination with the assigned QC, and share overall updates with the Head of Outsource/Senior Executive-Operations

•Provide proactive solutions to address failures and enhance plant quality

•Review and sign off on the Plant Line Reference sample

•Coordinate with Customer QA for inline audits

•Collaborate with Senior Executive/Executive - Operations to ensure the scheduling of the final inspection at the warehouse before shipment

•Conduct a pre-final inspection at the plant premises; if any issues are identified, work with the plant team to ensure that only high-quality garments are sent for final inspection.

•Balance the team for the plants and arrange the timely manner for the inspections.

•Take the TOP & arrange to the plant on time with coordinate plant customer account head QA and manage the TOP ‘s.

• Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in any relevant discipline

• 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience (Experience in Operations/Quality/Production would be advantageous)

• Good command of English & Vietnamese (both written and verbal)

• Highly self-disciplined, good sense of responsibilities

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Hard-working, careful, detail-oriented and able to work under high pressure
