CHUYÊN VIÊN ĐẤU THẦU - TENDER SPECIALIST

●       Analyse tender documents, project specifications, and client requirements.

●      Coordinate with internal teams including Technical, Contract, Finance, Marine, and QHSE departments to gather inputs for tender proposals.

●      Calculate project costs utilizing available tools and methodologies.

●      Identify project risks and incorporate contingency costs when necessary.

●      Prepare technical submissions including methodologies, schedules, and resource plans.

●      Ensure technical inputs comply with project requirements and industry standards.

●      Develop competitive pricing strategies and prepare commercial terms and conditions in collaboration with the contract team.

●      Compile technical and commercial documentation for bid submission.

●      Ensure timely submission of tenders in accordance with client deadlines.

●      Handle post-tender clarifications, revisions, and negotiations.

●      Support contract finalisation after successful tender awards.

●      Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve bidding strategies.

●      Maintain records of past tenders and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

●      Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geophysical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

●      Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in geotechnical or geophysical engineering projects, either onshore or offshore.

●      Strong understanding of tendering processes, technical proposals, and commercial documentation.

●      Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.

●      Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

●      Willingness to travel occasionally and work overtime when required.

●      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

●      English proficiency reyuired.
