1. Employee engagement & Culture activities
- Organizing Internal events for Company such as: Team building, annual parties, Cultural activities, Meetings, CSR initiatives, Sports events…etc.
- Support and deliver presentations related to HR initiatives and company culture programs
- In charge of Annual health check for employee nationwide.
2. Office Administration Management
- Maintain and control company seals and official documentation including processing cross-department requests, verifying approvals, and supporting documents, recording seal usage, ensuring secure custody, managing document filing and flow, and supporting compliance, notarization, and external coordination requirements
- Coordinate weekly schedules and itineraries for Board of Management (BOM) and line managers
- Handle visa and work permit processes for local and expatriate employees
- Manage supplier payments and related documentation
- Oversee document control (incoming and outgoing documents)
- Provide backup support for receptionist duties when required, including:
- Office car arrangements (scheduling, rentals, cost optimisation)
- Travel arrangements (air tickets and accommodation)
3. HR Supports
Coordinate in training organization
- Follow up with all Depts on training plan and execution
- Prepare training analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with training policies, including:
- Training applications
- Training agreements
- Bonding terms and payment processes
- Support HR documentation and processes, including:
- Employee transfer decisions
- HR announcements and notices
- Reports and related documentation
- Onboarding and offboarding processes
