Role Purpose

The PPIC/MIS Executive is responsible for production reporting, inventory monitoring, ERP data management, and production performance analysis to ensure accurate information, effective inventory control, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports accurately and on time.

- Collect, verify, and consolidate production data from all processing stages to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain production records, batch documentation, and manufacturing reports for traceability and audit purposes.

- Monitor daily production performance, including production output, yield, material consumption, and process efficiency.

- Analyze production yield, identify variances, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Monitor and control inventory levels of Raw Materials (RM), Work-in-Process (WIP), Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods (FG).

- Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure accurate inventory transactions and timely material movements.

- Support physical inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and investigate inventory discrepancies.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager or Management.

- Bachelor's degree

- 1 - 2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, MIS, or a manufacturing environment.

- Experience using ERP systems is preferred not mandatory.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Able to communicate effectively and prepare reports in English.
