Chuyên Viên Kế Toán

1. Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements in accordance with VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standards) and company policy.

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

- Monitor fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory accounting.

2. Tax & Compliance

- Handle all statutory tax filings including VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT, and other relevant reports.

- Ensure compliance with General Department of Taxation (GDT) regulations.

- Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors during tax audits and financial reviews.

3. Internal Controls & Audit

- Maintain and improve internal control systems to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanation.

4. Financial Analysis & Budgeting

- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Provide management with financial insights to support decision-making.

5. Communication & Reporting

- Report directly to the CEO or Operation Manager

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Procurement, Marketing and Sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient in Chinese or English.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar position.
