JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior International Business Executive at Vinamilk, you will be responsible for managing export operations, developing international markets, and maintaining strong relationships with global partners. This role requires a deep understanding of international trade, market dynamics, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth export processes and business growth.

MAIN TASK:

1. Export Operations Management

• Receive and process international customer orders.
• Coordinate production and delivery schedules to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with logistics and customs teams to ensure smooth clearance and documentation.
• Handle ad-hoc requests to ensure timely and compliant export operations.

2. Market Development & Partner Management

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitors.
• Propose strategies to expand into new markets and optimize existing ones.
• Leverage Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) to maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with international clients, including order tracking, pricing policy support, and periodic quality surveys.

3. International Trade Promotion

• Implement export promotion programs to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop multilingual promotional materials tailored to each market.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

• Stay updated on international export regulations and ensure compliance in assigned markets.
• Work with R&D to adjust product formulas, packaging, and labeling as required.
• Handle disputes and claims by coordinating with relevant departments, negotiating compensation, and working with insurers or re-exporting goods if necessary.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations, with at least 1–2 years in a similar role at large-scale export or FMCG companies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Solid knowledge of international business operations and export procedures.
• Strong command of English (a third language is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with import-export laws, decrees, and circulars.
