1. Follow up on new sample develop for meeting customer requirement

• Receive product development requests from customers and confirm specifications before order launch
• Coordinate with related departments to build and update product information based on customer requirements.
• Create and control product information in internal systems and issue sample production requests.
• Communicate with customers on materials, PU, logo, cutting direction, and printing methods to ensure accurate specifications.
• Transfer technical information to engineering for 2D drawing preparation and insole sample development.
• Submit drawings and samples to customers for approval and handle feedback.
• Coordinate with engineering and sample teams to develop molds, cutting dies, and tooling.
• Review trial samples before submission to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Prepare full-size samples and obtain customer approval before mass production

2. Customer Product Consultation

• Meeting with customer when they request for new project development
• Advise customers on materials, technical specifications, and product solutions
• Collect and analyze customer requirements to propose optimal sample solutions.
• Give advice to customers about the product technical and confirm the Fabric direction, kind of PU and H/T Logo, Sublimation, Pad printing, silk printing, tooling information to get correct order information

3. Assessing the feasibility of the product

• Conduct project evaluation with related departments and update customers.
• Define product tolerance and mass production standards
• Coordinate product testing with the Sample and Lab teams.
• Work with suppliers on special technical requirements.

4. Building and fostering customers relationships

• Build strong relationship with customers (T1s/ Brand)
• Handle customer feedback and complaints during development.
• Organize and attend regular customer meetings.

5. Negotiation and Resolve customers complaints

• Negotiate with clients to obtain the best prototype and estimated time of purchase (ETD), prototype quality, timeline, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate internally to resolve complaints and implement improvements.

6. Transfer information for related department to run mass order

• Transfer product development information for mass production.
• Confirm materials and specifications for urgent orders

7. Price requirement & create PI in sample stage.

• Coordinate with Costing to calculate product cost and provide quotations
• Prepare price requests and issue PI for sample mold charges

8. Work directly with Global OrthoLite in the process of working.

• Manage technology transfer information and share with global sites
• Coordinate with Global Sales and global sites for project development

9. Other tasks

• Education: Priority given to College and above
• Foreign language: Prefer to English: Good English communication skills / Chinese: Basic is preffered
• Years of Experience: Priority given to  At least 5 years of experience in footwear development manufacturing with 1 year at the same level, understand the customer service and have relationships in footwear
