· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.

· Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.

· Reporting: Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and technical documentation.

• Fluent in English
• Proven experience as a Civil Engineering Manager (from 10 years of experience)
• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools)
• Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop innovative solutions
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
