Job Description:

• CNC Programming: Develop, test, and optimize 5-axis CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., PowerMill) and G-code to meet precise engineering specifications.
• Machine Setup: Configure 3 - 5 axis CNC milling machines, including selecting and installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and calibration for complex geometries.
• Operation: Operate 3 - 5 axis CNC mills to produce intricate parts with tight tolerances, monitoring performance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect machined components using precision measuring tools (e.g., CMM, micrometers, calipers) to verify compliance with technical drawings and GD&T standards.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and refine 3 - 5 axis machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste while maintaining quality.
• Tooling and Material Selection: Choose appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and materials (e.g., aluminum, steel) to achieve optimal machining results for complex parts.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of programs, setups, tool paths, and inspection results for traceability and process improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in 3 - 5 axis milling technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance production capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in 3 - 5 axis CNC milling, including programming, setup, and operation in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., PowerMill) for 3 - 5 axis programming.
• Expertise in G-code programming and toolpath optimization for complex geometries
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with materials such as metals (aluminum, titanium, steel) and composites.
• English communication skills.
