About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Nesting Programmer based in Ho Chi Minh City to provide dedicated support to our overseas manufacturing partner's production team. The role involves preparing CNC nesting programs by importing DXF files, creating material nests based on production requirements, and releasing jobs to the workshop floor for cutting. Key Responsibilities

• Import and organise DXF part files according to production quantity lists.
• Create and optimise nests based on material type and plate thickness.
• Ensure all required parts and quantities are included in each nest.
• Schedule and release plate nests to the workshop floor for CNC operators.
• Coordinate with the overseas production team on priorities and job requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure nesting accuracy before release.

Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Nhân viên Lập trình CNC Nesting cẩn thận và tỉ mỉ, làm việc tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để hỗ trợ trực tiếp cho đội ngũ sản xuất của đối tác ở nước ngoài. Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm chuẩn bị các chương trình CNC Nesting thông qua việc nhập file DXF, tạo sơ đồ nesting vật liệu theo yêu cầu sản xuất và phát hành lệnh cắt cho xưởng gia công. Vui long nộp CV bằng tiếng Anh.

Trách nhiệm chính

• Nhập và sắp xếp các file chi tiết DXF theo danh sách số lượng sản xuất.
• Tạo và tối ưu sơ đồ nesting dựa trên loại vật liệu và độ dày tấm.
• Đảm bảo tất cả các chi tiết và số lượng yêu cầu được bao gồm trong từng sơ đồ nesting.
• Lập kế hoạch và phát hành các sơ đồ cắt tấm xuống xưởng cho các vận hành viên CNC.
• Phối hợp với đội ngũ sản xuất ở nước ngoài về mức độ ưu tiên và yêu cầu công việc.
• Duy trì hồ sơ chính xác và đảm bảo độ chính xác của sơ đồ nesting trước khi phát hành.

Requirements

• Experience in CNC nesting, CAD/CAM programming, or manufacturing environments.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work with DXF files and nesting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred: Experience with nesting software such as SigmaNEST, Pronest, Lantek, FastCAM, or similar.
